Biographie
Following the release of his 2020 EP Africa Fair, Dramane Dembélé—aka Popimane—returns with his album État d’Esprit. A natural continuation of his previous work, this project deepens his exploration of the crossroads between traditional West African music and afro-jazz.
Playing the Fula flute, Dramane presents his instrument in a contemporary light, blending its acoustic roots with modern and electronic textures.
